1. Fixed price rides must not deviate from the drivers chosen route. Any deviation may result in the journey reverting to a fare decided by Imperial Cars. Imperial Cars may decide and charge according to the additional mileage and delay caused either by passenger or by the prevailing conditions of the passengers chosen route.

2. The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he feels may be a threat to him/herself or vehicle.

3. The material contained in our website is provided for general information only and does not constitute acceptance of any bookings that may be made. We accept no responsibility for loss which may arise from reliance on information contained in this site or from any Private Hire Vehicle bookings made on this site.

4. It is your responsibility to inform Imperial Cars if you cannot locate the driver or change of journey/plan or if you missed the flight/ferry/cruise connections.

5. It is important to keep our office phone number when travelling. We advise you to keep a copy of the confirmation email.

6. Imperial Cars cannot be held responsible for any loss financial, professional, missed connection times, flights, trains, as a result of your vehicle not arriving at the pick-up address at the booked time due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, road traffic accidents, road closures, being given the wrong booking information by the customer or when a customer booked it online and did not get a reference or confirmation.

7. Driving time and distance advised by our call centre staff is only for guidance. We will not be held responsible for any traffic delays/weather conditions that may have further delayed your journey.

8. We try our level best to provide the requested type of vehicle. But sometimes you may get a different/larger vehicle, depending on the availability. If a larger vehicle is dispatched and the vehicle is used for its purpose the fare may be adjusted accordingly regardless whether it was requested at the time of the booking.

9. When a journey is quoted, the quote will always be for a standard vehicle from the pick-up point to the destination. Additional charges may apply such as waiting-time, extra stops, vehicle type or for carrying pets(although there are no extra charges for guide dogs) etc.

Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to a vehicle being dispatched will not result in any charges. If the vehicle has been dispatched or having arrived at the pick-up address, charges may-be applied accordingly.

Changes: We must be notified as soon as possible for any changes made to the reservations.

Child/Booster Seats: Please note that we provide child/booster seats for an additional charge. However we do our very best to ensure the correct child seats are provided to the customer when requested, but we cannot promise suitability for your child, or availability for your journey.
