3. Payment Information
- Where payments are made electronically, payment processing is carried out by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full debit or credit card details.
4. Package Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all parcels are securely packaged and suitable for transportation. Imperial Couriers UK Ltd accepts parcels in good faith and is not liable for loss or damage resulting from inadequate packaging, incorrect addressing, or the nature of the contents.

5. Passenger Responsibilities
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and reliable journey for everyone, all passengers are expected to comply with the following responsibilities.
6. Seat Belts
All passengers must wear a seat belt where one is provided, in accordance with UK law. It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that their seat belt is fastened throughout the journey. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that children travelling with them are properly secured.
7. Child Seats
Where a child seat or booster seat is required by law or requested by the customer, this should be arranged at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for informing us in advance of the child's age, height, and weight so that suitable arrangements can be made. If a child seat is not requested in advance, we cannot guarantee that one will be available.
8. Passenger Behaviour
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any behaviour that threatens the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of the driver, other passengers, or the vehicle may result in the journey being terminated.
The following behaviour is not permitted:
- Abusive, threatening, or aggressive conduct.

Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
- Consumption of illegal substances.
- Causing damage to the vehicle or its contents.
- Any behaviour that distracts the driver or compromises road safety.
Where a passenger causes damage to the vehicle through negligence or misconduct, Imperial Couriers UK Ltd reserves the right to recover the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair, or replacement.
For the safety of our drivers and the public, customers must not send any dangerous, hazardous, or restricted items through our courier service. This includes, but is not limited to:

Flammable liquids or gases
Toxic or corrosive substances
Firearms, ammunition, or weapons
Radioactive materials
Compressed gases
Perishable goods requiring specialist handling (unless agreed in advance)
We reserve the right to refuse any parcel that may pose a safety risk.
10. Illegal Items
Customers must not use our courier service to transport any unlawful goods or materials. This includes stolen property, counterfeit goods, controlled substances, prohibited weapons, or any item whose possession or transportation is illegal under UK law. If we reasonably suspect that a parcel contains illegal items, we may refuse transport and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
11. Delivery Attempts
Our drivers will make reasonable efforts to complete the delivery at the address provided. If the recipient is unavailable or access cannot be gained, the driver may:
Attempt to contact the sender or recipient.
Leave the parcel in a safe place only where authorised.
Return the parcel to our depot or an agreed location.
Arrange a redelivery, which may be subject to an additional charge.
12. Customers are responsible for providing accurate collection and delivery details to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts.
